This is what is largely referred to as "trading in the direction of the trend." In case you are wondering, the infamous saying, "The trend is your friend," is absolutely true.
If you have to pick one technical indicator to go with it should be the 200 day moving average BUT do not stop there, use other indicators to confirm a move. Online forex trading is not rocket science. Often, those who make the most money do so because they know how to read the market.
